About Priyanka

I am a certified 200 hours hatha, ashtanga, meditation yoga teacher. I did my training I'm Rishikesh, India. I have also taken a continuing education program 100hours from Bangalore India. Yoga is for everyone. It's a space where you are focusing on your breath and not caring about other things.

Yoga is a lifestyle for me and it's more than just physical postures. It's my passion. I enjoy every aspect of it.

About the lesson

Getting to know their needs. Their aim of the practice, knowing about their medical condition. I offer then different strategies of working and then according to their likings I will customize a plan for them.
