About Anna
I customize each class for the specific needs of my individual clients, creating a personalized, meditative, healing and uplifting experience.
I love helping people feel their best, inside and out. I came to yoga 20 years ago due to chronic pain for my scoliosis. Within a few weeks of practicing and my pain disappearing, I realized I had found my life's passion.
