About Courtney
I help women live optimally with holistic healing. My services include yoga, Reiki, meditation as well as nutrition, mindset and lifesyle coaching.
I am an E-RYT certified yoga instructor that speacializes in alignment and foundational hatha styles. I am certified in many formats of yoga from gentle and chair yoga to power vinyasa styles. Wheather you are looking to stretch and restore or find a complete body workout, I have something for you!
These times can be incredibly stressful, I myslef have felt unease over the course of the last 12 months. That is why I have incorporated the powerful practices of meditation and Holy Fire Reiki to my tool belt.
There is nothing more powerful than seeing another human thriving! Health in general can be tricky; I whole heartedly believe that holistic health practices can be beneficial to everyone. Movement is fundamental to all beings which is why my practice has such a strong yoga influence.
