About Gretchen

Positively Yoga offers therapeutic yoga specifically targeted at lowering stress, increasing mindfulness, and promoting well being.

Instructors at Positively Yoga are licensed therapists and/or Certified Yoga Therapists. We instruct yoga for the purpose of healing.

Meeting clients where they are and helping them discover and access their own innate capacity to heal and thrive.

As a licensed therapist, a trained Yoga Instructor, and a long time meditation and Yoga practitioner, I bring a breadth and depth of experience and knowledge to my professional work.

About the lesson

My relationship with my clients begins with a brief consultation over the phone to see what they need and confirm that I am the right fit. If I am not, I typically strive to help potential clients get connected to the right professional.

If I am the right person for them, we begin with a conversation, in order to develop a sense of the needs and goals the student has. I work in collaboration with my clients while offering direction, guidance and experience based knowledge when it is needed.
