About Vikki
I focus on breath and movement with meditation.
I love helping people.. Feel better and more grounded. Offering an open space for the freedom to find clarity and peace within. I believe it promotes gentleness towards the outside world when you find centeredness at your core.
I am a certified Vinyasa Teacher and RYT-200
I have been teaching for 7 years and continue my education with various workshops related to breath, movement and anatomy.

When I meet a new student, I want to know their personal goals and what they are wanting to receive from me as a guide through the journey of yoga and meditation. I always check-in with my students when I meet with them and adjust the practice based on what I hear and feel. I hold an open space for them to grow energetically as an individual and Universally.
