About Josef
Through years of education and certifications in holistic health/life coaching, yoga and meditation I have learned to incorporate their powerful principles into my teachings to profoundly transform the lives of my clients. My approach is a holistic one that enables those I work with to balance their lives, enhance productivity, deepen relationships, increase connectivity and achieve great health!
YOGA: I offer Private/Group Yoga sessions where guide my client through a deeply relaxing and opening routine or a more intense and energizing one.
HOLISTIC HEALTH/LIFE COACHING: I also offer Holistic health/life coaching one-on-ones, where I help my client achieve better health, a more positive mindset, or help rework and balance their lifestyle.
