About Ramona
Hi there,
My name is Ramona and I am a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor. I also am a Reiki Master and trained in leading guided meditation. COVID19 SPECIAL -- $42/hour for any session in which we meet via Zoom or phone.
Massage -- If you are a massage therapist, I can teach you some ways to integrate your massage technigues. If you are a lay-person, I can teach you body saving techniques to massage your loved ones.
Yoga -- I specialize in meditative yoga, also known as gentle-restorative yoga. If your goal is to surrender your stress, worries, tension and anxieties, I can help.
Meditation -- I blend breath work with positive affirmations and self Reiki to help calm rhe body and mind. Reiki is an absolutely amazing way to deal with energetic and emotional blockages. The combination is quite transformative.
Manifest Coaching -- Using Reiki, meditation and my resourcefulness, I can help you set goals, put plans in place and take the steps to reach your finish line.
I love helping people. Plain and simple. It is so uplifting to change someone's life for the better, one session at a time.

I like to sit down and listen to my student first. Check in with what's happening in their life, what brought them to me and what their goal(s) is/are. After that, things are pretty fluid. I have an outline to make sure I hit all points but the atmosphere is relaxed and flowy based on that moment in time. And I always follow up after and offer new information or resources whenever possible.

Ramona was very caring and her meditation was spot on! I felt a huge shift after the meditation. I enjoyed how relaxing it was and how relaxed I felt. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Ramona is awesome!
Ramona is an amazing masseus and offers a wonderful atmosphere to accompany her work. Beyond that, she offers helping her clients feel restored of the heart and mind too. It's the whole package and I highly recommend her if you are looking to destress, find your peace, and rejuvenate.
Ramona has such passion and enthusiasm for the healing arts. She taught me Reiki 1 and 2 in a private one on one setting. She made herself available for questions and practice. She has such a warm and generous nature, she’s amazing! I can’t wait to take Reiki 3!
Made my joints loosen up and my pain in my knees. Im walking much better. No more moaning and groaning.
