About Tori

Natural and holistic healing methods are collectively and uniquely designed to engage, open, and grow within the practice experience. We work together to find what brings each individual to a place of balance, harmony, and Syzygy.

Reiki energy healing, alignment/ Hatha based yoga practices, guided meditations, holistic remedies for the physical body, energy attunement and movement, mindfulness practices, and sensory play just begin to touch upon the array of elements offered in the Syzygy experience. From the light and love in me, to the light and love in you, Namaste.

I have a 200 hour yoga teacher training through Body Temple Yoga School.

I have a level 2 Reiki Energy healing attunement.

I have also acquired a certification for natural holistic remedies

and am in the final months of a masters program for Holistic Counseling Psychology.

My passion is to connect and heal.

About the lesson

When getting to know a new student, client or common soul, I like to ask many questions and ask the person to write down a few important details about themselves through a gentle inventory. We discuss goals, areas that the individual wants to bring focus to, as well as areas of existing strength.

I work with any end every individual. My clients range from under 1 year to older age (over 70).

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would advise anyone looking for these services to ask themselves where in themselves and their life would they like to bring more healing, harmony and balance. Also ask yourself where you already embody healing harmony and balance.
