About Tessa
Yoga allows you to take time to ground down and build up both mentally and physically. Take time out of your day to prioritize and compartamentalize your life. You'll feel uplifted, confident and calm. Learn and practice tools that you can use on your own. If you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice; I'd love to help. My name is Tessa and I am a 350HR Registered Yoga Instructor. I used to work 50 hour weeks running companies and helping them find success. I decided to take a step back and set myself up for success and take a journey within. I always practiced hot yoga but didn't know why. Practicing Yoga has fulfilled me in many ways and I love sharing that with others and making them seek happiness and fulfillment as well.
