About Deepti
Hello,
I take yoga classes 1-1 and in groups. I enjoy bringing the transformation in someone's life for the better and that gives me immense satisfaction. Yoga is often misunderstood as only asanas or bodily postures, but a lot goes into it. Other than the correct posture, alignment, there is breathe, the state of mind with which the asanas are performed. My teacher 'His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar' rightly says that 'Without awareness, yoga is no different than gymnastics'. I try to bring this aspect into my teaching.
I am also an aspiring Craniosacral Therapist and currently pursuing CST from one of the institutes. I would be willing to provide few free sessions of CST to my clients as a gesture of goodwill from my end.
Yoga Teacher - I am a 200H certified Yoga teacher from Sri Sri School of Yoga.
I am also a Sri Sri Yoga Foundation Program Instructor.
CranioSacral Therapist - Apart from being a Yoga instrutor, I am also learning to give Cranio Sacral Therapy. I provide few free sessions of CST as a gesture of goodwill.
