About Cassondra
Cassondra is a creative who moved her love for expression from the external to the internal. Drawn to yoga as a way to help with an overactive mind, she found it to be her new favorite art form. Her classes are created to drop you into your body and remind you of your love for yourself.
“I am so grateful to share my passion and guide you in your journey back to yourself.”
