About Sharon
Welcome to Houston Yoga & Ayurveda.
I am Sharon Kapp, a Certified Ayurvedic Specialist, (CAS), a Certified Yoga Therapist ( C-IAYT) PKS, RYT, LMT, CMA, e RYS-200, RYS 500, Reiki Master, Vastu Shastra consultant and owner of HYA, the only center in Houston where both Hatha Yoga and certified complete range of Ayurveda treatments go hand in hand.
Raised in Pune, India I began my Yoga practice as a pupil in elementary school under BKS and Geeta Iyengar and develop the passion to appreciate the ancient sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda and other Vedic sciences. I am a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association ( NAMA ), International Alliance for Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Alliance. At HYA we offer complete mind, body and spiritual healing.
