About Stacy-Ann
I mix my style of teaching (Iyengar Yoga) with body weight training, so my classes give all the benefits of yoga; stress reduction, flexibility, more vitality overall, plus strength training if that's what you are looking for. However, I always tune my classes to my students - so whatever you say you want to work on - I will help with.
Additionally, I am a Certified Nutritionist, hence my services extend to that as well.
