About Jackie
I practice and teach kundalini yoga, which I like to think of as total fitness for the body, mind and spirit. I have been teaching for more than 10 years and feel so incredibly blessed to share this amazing transformative practice with others. Through dynamic movement, breath, and sound we systematically move energy up through the chakra system opening and balancing energy flows to help you calm, open and blissful!
Kundalini yoga has been an integral part of helping me become healthier and happier than ever before. I love working with each of my students to help them on their journeys to greater wellness and well being.
