About Sandra
Private and group yoga classes. I build the classes individually according to the students needs and goals.
I love help people getting to know their bodies and all their possibilities through this ancient and amazing science of yoga. I care deeply for everything related to my classes, from their preparation to the after effects they have on my students. I work with groups and private classes.
Yoga is part of my life for more than 20 years. I am and will be a forever yogini and l teach private and group classe adoro many years.
