About Dominique

Hello! I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga and wellness are my two biggest passions in life. As a former NPC competitor and former published model I have extensive knowledge with health, fitness, and wellness. Additionally, my approach is a holistic wellness approach that focuses on integrative medicine with yogic principles. As someone with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism I am able to relate to and consult those with hypothyroidism as well.

My success is my students' success. I want to be a tool for others to access the happiness inside themselves, to be the healthiest version of themselves, and to encourage others to be the best they can be. May this intention be achieved by sharing the beauty of yoga, helping others with thyroid related health concerns, and educating people on overall wellness.

I practice what I preach! I enjoy that I can relate to my students and evolve with them.

Yoga and wellness are my two biggest passions in life. For the past seven years I have suffered from Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Disease and Hypothyroidism. Regardless of this daily uphill battle, I have found peace and happiness through yoga. Years of yoga experience along with years of countless hours of research, trial and error, and conversations with health professionals has inspired me to help and teach others. My intention is to offer my knowledge and wisdom to help unlock the gateway for others to find the strength and courage within themselves to make it through these difficulties in life; to not only survive, but to thrive! I want to be a tool for others to access the happiness inside themselves, to be the healthiest version of themselves, and to encourage others to be the best they can be. May this intention be achieved by sharing the beauty of yoga, helping others with thyroid related health concerns, and educating people on overall wellness.

I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance who currently teaches yoga at a yoga studio and a CrossFit gym. I am a former published model and NPC bikini competitor; therefore, I have extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with a new client begins with an initial assessment. Once compatibility of working together is confirmed in that initial assessment then we will plan and have our session/lesson.

My usual audience is those seeking athletic recovery, thyroid wellness yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga, yoga with weights, yin yoga, and meditation.
