About Stephanie

Stephanie is an intuitive Holistic Health practitioner, offering Transformational Life Coaching, private Yoga instruction, Reiki energy healing, and spiritual guidance.

I began my coaching business because I had an intuitive nudge during a deep spiritual meditation in my 30's that I could help people catalyze change in their lives. I received training in Yoga and Reiki to help support people in major life changes.

I have a Degree in Holistic Health studies, Yoga Alliance Certification (1000+ Hours of Yoga Teaching Experience), and Level III Reiki Attunement

About the lesson

I offer a 30-minute free phone consultation, where we will discuss your goals and your primary motivations for changing your life. We will talk about my services and discuss how to get started, then schedule your initial appointment.

I've worked with men and women, ages 24 - 58, coming from various backgrounds.

Ask a lot of questions, be ready to answer questions about what you are looking for, and be honest with your coach as well as yourself.
