About Terje

In my 10 years of yoga, meditation and nutrition experience I can meet clients present needs and capabilities to make the best for their sought results.

I teach yoga and meditation for yoga people in every age group and level. Children, elderly, with injuries.

I do Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Therapy, breathwork and healing through postures, stretch and breathwork.

I hold certificates in Kriya Hatha Yoga, Krishnamacharya Yoga therapy, Yoga for addictions, acquired Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, Certified Children Yoga teacher.

Have publishes a book on Pure lifestyle and sustainable living. It's called Restart your life in 7 days. Estonian language though:)

also Coach clients on lifestyle and nutritional habits. Detox and diet.

My business partner initiated me into Five Tibetans Rites practices and People started inviting me to their gatherings to teach those rejuvenating rituals Along with the healing nutrition.

So I started and after 13 years and many studies and practices Ive gathered experience and knowledge about Yoga and the path to self realization

I have been a coach, and a yoga teacher since 2008.

I have a Bachelors In psychology

certificied Journey therapist

Kundalini Teacher since 2011(500 h course)

Krsihnamacharya Yoga therapy practitioner since 2013 (Chennai 200 h course)

Kriya Hatha Yoga teacher Since 2014( Estonia 500 hour course.

Childrens yoga teacher 200 hour course

About the lesson

1. Answering questions on previous experience, knowledge,injuries, physical shape, what problems they have, what is their goal, what do they want to achieve with the training how much effort they want and have time to put in. What is the payment.

2. We scedual a plan what to follow

( sometimes homework and daily routine suggestions between the sessions)

to enhance the daily practice ( if a client asks) and we agree to do that.

3. Feedback and monitoring the process, adjustments.
