About Debbie

Seeing people transform before my eyes. in my 18 years of teaching, I've seen yoga shape and transform many people's lives. The "ah-ha!" moments of surprise when they can do something they once thought impossible is the best. The doors are flung open for other impossible events occuring in every area of life. Very rewarding!
500 hour certification, lead yoga teacher training in So California and Tucson, AZ, focusing on the yoga sutras, the ancient philosophy of yoga.
I've taught yoga for 18 years, lead yoga teacher training programs, and mentor other yoga teachers.
My yoga practice began in 1979 from a book. I was a 16 year old gymnast at the time, and found I'd been doing yoga asana (poses) most of my life! :)
