We tuly care about our clients progress, health and success. We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming, positive environment for everyone from someone who's never exercised to those who are fit, but want that extra attention and challenge. We are Functional Aging Specialist who specialize in training adults over 50 to not only get stronger, but feel better, move better and live better, so they can do what they Need to do, Love to do and Want to do!
We truly enjoy seeing the progress of a client, no matter how small or large it is. Hearing someone tell us they have less pain, they like their arms better, or we're able to take a vacation of a lifetime because of the hard work at the studio is the most rewarding part of our job and why we love what we do everyday!
