I offer personal/group sound baths and in studio sports massage

I am a registered teacher of over 500 hours w yoga alliance RYT 500.

I hold a Masters degree from ODU

I am a certified space holder Y12SR which qualifies me to help w addiction recovery and it's affects on the body mind and spirit helping those with addiction issues and trauma heal from the inside out.

This work is my calling and my passion!

I have been adjunct facility at TCC and VA WESLYAN COLLEGE

I was asked to teach the Olympic field hockey team

I have held positions at many studios prior to opening my own studio

About the lesson

I take the time to personally meet with you and formulate a plan of action that works for YOU! Each person has a unique set of needs attention. The average yoga class doesn't not make time for this assessment therefore individuals Can leave feeling lost, confused and unsatisfied. I have heard so many frustrated students explain thier experiences to me over the 25 years I have been teaching yoga. I decided to be the one teacher who made time for each student.

I trust Annesa more than the doctors. I had a stroke in August 2015 and started the class with her in January 2016 every week till June 2016. It was the greatest decision I made. I was partially paralysed after stroke and till early October 2015 could barely move my arm on the left side. What I am trying to say is “know your limits”. Annesa takes NO easily. I am struggling with balance poses and never do headstands. Regardless how much I would love it. I am new to class. Coming back after a overstayed Summer break. I am all about safety as well and we were trying the silk yesterday for a while. I am excited. They needed some tweaking but I can’t wait.!
