My sessions with Gabby have been very thorough with very clear communication on what we’re doing. She is very knowledgeable and exceptional at what she does.
Yoga therapy was something I had never considered or heard of in the past and I was delightfully surprised and my body, mind and spirit felt refreshed and revived. My mind became clear and my body thanked me for having stretched out all of the physical tension.
