About Gretchen
I'm a certified yoga instructor through Corepower Yoga in Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt. I love teaching yoga to beginners as well as individuals who want to incorporate yoga into their current workout routine. I truly believe yoga can be for everyBody! Yoga is not only a great physical workout, but it helped me find balance, strength, and calmness on and off the mat. I hope it will do the same for you.

I have each new client fill out a new client survey to let me know their yoga experience, lifestyle and wants / desires for the lesson. I answer any questions they may have for the lesson and inquire if mats, yoga block and straps are on hand or I can provide during the lesson. I go over the different class styles I teach and we determine the lesson style they would like to have.
