I am a data engineer with a passion for Ultimate Frisbee!
I've played competitively for 15 years including college D-III where my team ranked in the top 20 nationally. I continue to play recreationally and have been coaching a top-ranked high school team (70+) with multiple city and state championships (4 seasons).

I love teaching Ultimate Frisbee and have worked with many athletes who are new to the game. I also work with experienced players to improve their performance and maximize potential.
My lessons include a combination of athleticism, skills training, and strategic knowledge. Expect an active workout with tips and practice to help reach your goals. Focus areas include throwing/catching, agility, endurance, defense, strategy, and game rules/culture.
1-1 or 1-many. All ages & genders welcome. Masked & outdoors.
