Experienced University Professor Teaches Cooking From Basic to Advanced Online from Brazil!
Methodology
After a brief interview to identify the needs, we proceed with a class plan approaching the students' needs and desires towards cooking; the needs must be met and skills must be acquired. Topics can range from breakfast ideas to family meals. From quick and healthy dinners to a family brunch, or a homemade pizza night for friends.
Background
I am a professor ar PUC in Curitiba and have been teaching culinary arts for more than 6 years. I have a Masters in Biotechnology and am used to teaching individual students of large groups. Since the pandemics, I have been teaching online with great results. Classes are not boring and students have improved a lot with online classes.
