About Timothy
I earned accreditation as a yoga teacher and delved into the philosophy of yoga during my time in India, and have spent many years practicing meditation and exploring the Buddhist teachings through the Triratna Buddhist lineage.
I taught in studios and private sessions for several years in London, UK.
For the last 3 years, I have been leading retreats in Latin America, and working in the plant medicine field, learning from the power of nature.
This blend of ancient cultures and traditions from the east and west, has greatly influenced my approach to the facilitation work I do. Deeply rooted in connection with nature, I aim to help those I work with tap into their innate power through the practices.

I utilise yoga tailored to the individual, as well as meditation, mindfulness and/or breathwork to elevate your awareness and state of being to navigate life mindfully and skillfully.
