About Urjeet

I am a passionate yoga teacher who loves blending movement, balance, and mindfulness in unique ways. Along with yoga, I specialize in handstand practice, flow arts, and fire spinning, which bring creativity and playfulness into my teaching. My goal is to help students not only build strength and flexibility but also discover joy and confidence through movement. I enjoy guiding others on a journey where discipline meets creativity, making each class both grounding and inspiring.

About the lesson

In my classes, you will experience a blend of traditional and modern yoga styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha yoga on different days. Each session is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and inner peace while keeping the practice refreshing and balanced. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, my approach is supportive, mindful, and easy to follow, helping you build consistency and enjoy yoga as a lifestyle.

In a 1 hour class - 900
We are divided it into 3 categories
Pranayam
Asana
Meditation
Where we will focus 40 min in asana
Rest 20 mins for pranayam and meditation
If student are interested and have time this class can be extended upto 30 mins more without and extra charges
24/7 assistance is provided from my side
For one Month 4 classes everyweek - 6000
This a discounted offer with all the facilities of the 1 o 1 class .
Except this will be strictly 60 to 70 mins
