About Stephen
Yoga has been an instrumental part of my life for a number of years. I first got involved with yoga in order to improve my mental health. After years of traumatic life events and a feeling of loss of direction and purpose in life, I found myself flitting between jobs and different careers and not knowing what I truly wanted out of life. I knew I wanted to help people in some way, I just didn’t know what direction to go in. This led to depression and other mental disorders. It was then that I discovered yoga.
Through yoga I have been able to find my purpose and have managed to quieten my over active mind, slowly building my self confidence and self image. It was then that I realised I could use yoga to help others suffering from mental health and low self esteem and felt I had finally found my purpose. I trained with HFE and became a Level 3 qualified Yoga teacher with over 200+ hours experience.
I now hope to bring joy, peace and love through my yoga practice and help you to shine your light brighter than ever before. I look forward to guiding you through this journey.

Yoga for the Soul
As a respected Yoga Instructor my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from my practice and teachings.
Since 2020 I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with students fills me with joy. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.
