About Delphine
Working with me will take you on a personalized journey of support, using educational movement and holistic manual therapy (Rolfing myofascial release) as tools. Each session is unique and tailored to your needs.
My teaching believes in the wisdom of the body and its resources to heal and create ever greater ease in body and mind.
I am Swiss and can teach in French and English. I have worked for many years alongside senior business leaders who needed resources to cope with their demanding lifestyles, and I have also helped many women reconnect with their true selves through movement medicine/educational and somatic yoga.
I offer and I am experienced in group movement/somatic yoga sessions or individual sessions of all ages. I have also developed movement techniques using a hammock (aerial yoga).
Book a session of minimum 1h15 and let's get to know each other. I'm passionate and would be delighted to guide you here in Kuala Lumpur.
