About Eryn
I am a L3 qualified Personal Trainer with 3 years experience in the fitness industry. I am also a yoga teacher, with experience teaching classes a range of different sizes and also 1-1 sessions.
Working with my clients, I advise them to start with a goal and then I help them progressively plan and create programmes to aid in achieving that goal.

As a yoga teacher, I teach Hatha yoga for all levels and will be hands on when modifying your postures to ensure you are safe and doing the asana effectively. When Personal Training, my main focus is on resistance training using weights, bands and bodyweight exercises.
