About Cathy
I can't say enough about how yoga has helped me during pregnancy, birth & now in navigating motherhood. As a mom to 2 little ones, I know how difficult it can be to take care of yourself while taking care of others. It's a lifelong learning process, and I feel especially passionate about sharing these experiences and tools with fellow mamas.

Having practiced yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2018, I approach my practice with a sense of energy, curiosity, compassion, and with special attention to the mind-body connection. I am driven by a fascination with the science, psychology and philosophy related to yoga. My personal goal is to feel good, and find calm and connection in the sometimes nonsensical chaos that is modern life. I'm learning and teaching that it starts with taking time to take care of ourselves.
