About Isabelle
Hello
I am Isabelle
I am an experienced Yoga, Pilates and Sound healing instructor as well as an artist and designer.
I truly feel invigorated teaching and sharing. Teaching yoga/ movement allows me to extend the joy I feel from the practice and move it beyond myself.
I am a forever student and an incredibly curious person so I am always learning something new and open to learn from those around me.

About the lesson

My classes are a mix of physical and mental exercises and are light hearted but always with elements of challenge for the mind and for the body. I like to combine all the elements I have learnt to create a more complete fusion of a practice that I feel works the best.
Length of a lesson is usually 60 minutes.
I have substantial training in Yoga having explored multiple modalities. I am qualified with over 750 hours of training in Vinyasa yoga, Mat pilates, Sound healing, meditation, Yin applied to vinyasa, inversions, anatomy and breathing.
I particularly enjoy teaching beginners-mid experience.
I also love to teach children.
