About Malinda
I am Malinda, a Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Meditation Yoga Therapist, living in Brisbane. The classes I teach are Foundations for Beginners (with a strong focus on Pranayama [breath] & alignment for safety), Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin and Dynamic Vinyasa Flow. I am passionate about getting my students out of their heads and onto the mat and helping them realise their true potential through breath work, the asanas & philosophy. I provide all equipment for my private classes!
