About Izzy

Hi, I’m Coach Izzy! I’m the owner and head coach of United Youth Soccer Stars (UYSS), a family-owned youth soccer league serving families throughout the North Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley areas.

Soccer is more than just a sport to me. It’s an opportunity to teach children confidence, discipline, teamwork, respect, and valuable life skills.

Through running my own youth soccer league, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of different ages, personalities, and skill levels. I understand that every child learns differently, and I take pride in creating a positive, patient, and encouraging environment where every player feels valued.

As a father of four, I understand how important it is for parents to find a coach who genuinely cares about their child’s development, happiness, and safety.

My goal isn’t just to develop better soccer players. It’s to help build confident, hardworking young individuals who love the game.

Whether your child is brand new to soccer or looking to improve their skills, I would love the opportunity to be part of their journey!

My soccer lessons are all about building confidence, developing skills, and making the game fun!

As the owner and head coach of United Youth Soccer Stars (UYSS), a family-owned youth soccer league in Phoenix, I have a passion for helping young players grow both on and off the field.

I offer personalized 1-on-1 soccer training for children ages 3–14, from complete beginners to players looking to take their skills to the next level.

Each session is tailored to your child’s age, experience, and individual goals. We focus on dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, coordination, footwork, and overall soccer fundamentals.

My coaching philosophy is simple: Build confidence first, develop skills, and make sure every child leaves training with a smile!

I believe every player learns differently, so I create a positive, encouraging environment where kids feel comfortable making mistakes, learning, and improving.

Whether your child is stepping onto the soccer field for the first time or wants extra practice outside their team, I’m here to help them succeed.
