About Frank
I am a Ph.D. experimental physicist, whose work focuses on experimental instrument design and fabrication. I remember what it was like at the beginning of my studies, and how daunting the subject matter can seem. I truly understand what it feels like to struggle with a topic and feel the frustration of "just not getting it." When conducting research this is a very common feeling. I have developed my own techniques for persevering over this feeling and am confident that I can help my students in overcoming their academic difficulties as well.

My lessons are tailored to the student; their exact design and methodology are structured around what works best. I use various methods; visual, auditory, and experiential, when possible, to enable the student to fully understand the topic of discussion. My goal is to enable my students to no longer need me; by focusing on the core principles of the current topic, my students not only walk away with success in their course but also have the ability to apply what they have learned moving forward.
