About Abdullah
I am a civil engineering student at York University with over 8 years of experience tutoring math, physics, and chemistry. Over the years, I have worked with high school and first year university students, helping them improve their grades and become more confident in subjects they once struggled with. What I have noticed is that most students are not actually “bad” at these subjects. They were just never taught in a way that made sense to them. That is where I come in. I focus on explaining things clearly, patiently, and in a way that actually clicks.

My lessons are structured to keep things simple, clear, and effective. We focus on one concept at a time and break it down step by step so the student fully understands what they are doing. I do not rush through material. Instead, I make sure each concept is solid before moving on. If a student makes a mistake, we go back and redo it properly so they build confidence and stop second guessing themselves. Over time, this leads to better grades, stronger understanding, and much more confidence going into tests. I adjust the pace depending on the student, whether they need extra support or want to get ahead.
