About Eddie
Teaching bachata, quickstep, kuduro, and swing isn't just a résumé flex — it reflects a genuine love for the full spectrum of what dance can be. I've spent years performing, competing, and coaching across Latin, Afro-urban, ballroom, and vintage swing traditions, and I bring that cross-cultural depth into every session. My students range from total beginners who've never had a dance lesson in their lives, to experienced social dancers looking to add a new style to their repertoire, to couples preparing for a first dance they'll actually remember.
I teach with patience, specificity, and real enthusiasm for your progress. You won't get vague corrections here — you'll get clear, actionable feedback that moves you forward every single class.

Bachata lessons dive deep into connection, sensual timing, and the subtle body movements that make this Dominican style so magnetic on the social dance floor. Quickstep takes you into the world of competitive ballroom — fast, sharp, and endlessly fun once the footwork clicks. Kuduro brings the explosive Angolan street energy that's taken global dance floors by storm, with high-energy combinations that are as much a workout as they are a blast. And swing — whether Lindy Hop, East Coast, or West Coast — puts playfulness and improvisation front and center, the way partner dancing was always meant to feel.
Every lesson is structured around your current level, your musical ear, and the specific style you're working on. You'll build real technique, not just choreography you'll forget by next week.
