About Finn

My lessons focus on the joy of discovering maths in everyday life. About the lesson

I am a Maths tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Financial Mathematics. I specialise in helping students uncover the stories hidden within numbers. My teaching emphasises mathematical storytelling and the creation of compelling data visualisations. I guide learners in transforming numerical data into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics. These visual tools make complex insights clear and easy to understand. I have worked with students in data journalism, marketing, and research roles. My approach bridges theory and practice, turning abstract concepts into meaningful applications. Each lesson is tailored to build confidence and enhance analytical thinking. I focus on fostering curiosity and encouraging critical problem-solving. Creativity and clarity are at the heart of my teaching. I enjoy showing students how numbers can explain real-world phenomena.
