About Vrinda

I am a passionate and dedicated educator with 18+ years of experience teaching Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science across different age groups and international curricula. I have worked in schools in India, Japan and Singapore, including serving as Head of the Mathematics Department, where I supported students, teachers and curriculum development.

I believe that effective teaching goes beyond completing a syllabus. My aim is to help students understand concepts clearly, think independently and develop confidence in solving problems. I am patient, approachable and attentive to individual learning needs, adapting my teaching style according to each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.

My qualifications include a B.Ed, M.Sc in Materials Science and B.Sc in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, complemented by professional experience in curriculum planning, assessment and educational technology. I take pride in creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving through consistent practice.

My experience as both a classroom teacher and Mathematics department leader has taught me the importance of building strong foundations while also challenging students to reach their full potential. I look forward to helping each student make meaningful and measurable progress.

About the lesson

I believe every student can improve with the right guidance, clear explanations and consistent practice. With 18+ years of teaching experience, I offer personalized Mathematics and Physics lessons designed around the student’s curriculum, current ability, learning pace and examination objectives.

My teaching approach focuses on strong conceptual understanding rather than memorization. Lessons include step-by-step explanations, guided problem-solving, application-based questions, customized worksheets and regular progress checks. I use an interactive virtual whiteboard to make online lessons engaging and encourage students to actively participate rather than simply listen.

I teach secondary-level students following CBSE, IGCSE and other international curricula, supporting learners who need to strengthen fundamentals as well as those aiming for excellent examination results. I hold a B.Ed, M.Sc in Materials Science and B.Sc in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, alongside extensive classroom and departmental leadership experience. Lessons are flexible in duration and tailored to individual needs, with a 30-minute trial available for new students.
