About Melinda
I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience supporting GCSE, A-Level, and university students in achieving strong academic results. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex mathematical concepts and helping students build confidence through clear explanations and structured guidance. I have worked with learners from different educational backgrounds and understand how to adapt lessons according to individual learning styles, academic goals, and skill levels.

My mathematics lessons are designed to create a supportive and results-focused learning environment for GCSE, A-Level, and university students. Every session is carefully adapted to match individual learning styles, academic goals, and current ability levels. I explain mathematical concepts in a simple and structured way, helping students understand both the method and the reasoning behind each solution.
Lessons cover a wide range of topics including algebra, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, mechanics, and pure mathematics. I use worked examples, guided practice, and exam-style questions to strengthen problem-solving skills and improve confidence. Students are encouraged to ask questions freely and develop independent thinking throughout each lesson.
