About Malik

As a highly qualified and experienced tutor, I am dedicated to helping students achieve academic success. With a QTS qualification, Maths Examiner for Edexcel, and a Scholarship Postgraduate degree from King's College London, I bring a wealth of expertise to my tutoring sessions. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of teaching a diverse range of students, many of whom have gone on to attend prestigious schools such as Merchant Taylors', Latymer Upper, Westminster Under, and St Paul's Girls/Boys & Eton College. In fact, I am proud to say that most of my students who have successfully entered their desired schools have received at least 7-18 months of tutoring from me. I also have extensive experience supporting students in their journey towards GCSE and IGCSE Maths. My students have achieved impressive grades ranging from 7-9 in their GCSEs, and have even gone on to pursue Maths at A Level. In addition, I have worked with students at all levels, including those starting at foundation level and achieving remarkable progress to sit higher exam papers and achieve grade 7 and above (equivalent to grade A). With over 15 years of experience in tutoring, I have a deep understanding of how each child's learning approach is unique. As a tutor, my primary goal is to create a positive and engaging learning experience that inspires a love for learning in your child. I specialise in tutoring Maths, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-verbal Reasoning for entrance exams at 7+, 8+, 11+, and 13+. I also conduct weekly classes for 11 plus and GCSEs throughout the academic year. My one-to-one sessions for entrance examinations ensure that your child receives personalised attention and guidance that is tailored to their specific needs and learning style. In addition, I also tutor KS3, GCSE, and IGCSE students for Maths and Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics). My students often start with me from prep schools and continue to stay with me throughout their secondary school journey because they appreciate my effective teaching methods and style. Wajahat has been a great support In helping my daughter with her 11 plus exam. it was really difficult to find an experienced tutor who can help a child at the level required for the school. My daughter is now staring at Latymer upper next week and I'm still keeping my daughter lessons with wajahat for Maths and Science to keep my child at top of her ability .

Availability was little difficult but he tried his best to accommodate my child.

Wajahat is extremely patient and armed with more than one way if the student is unable to grasp his first method. He is extremely reliable and was able to understand the childs' weaknesses and then turned these weaknesses into strengths by giving them the confidence to achieve anything.
