With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and a Master’s in Kinesiology from East Carolina University, I bring both academic depth and real-world experience to every tutoring session. I specialize in Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, and Chemistry, and offer clear, practical instruction for students at the high school, college, or continuing education level. In addition to my academic background, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a strong foundation in exercise science and human performance. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with a wide range of populations—including seniors, pregnant women, and clients in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation—giving me a holistic understanding of how the human body functions under various conditions. I’ve also led boot camp-style group classes, trained general fitness clients, and taught college students for over two years in both tutoring and classroom settings. My background in exercise physiology, kinesiology, and real-world coaching gives me the tools to support a wide range of people—from absolute beginners to those returning to fitness after time away. I’m especially passionate about helping younger or first-time gym goers feel confident, informed, and motivated. You won’t just be following a routine—I’ll teach you how your body works, how to recognize progress, and how to avoid wasting time on things that don’t serve your goals.
