I have to understand first the student's needs. I have all materials needed to prepare lessons based on what the student will ask for. The topics , or the syllabus given to the student in class, will help to make a good plan together with the student, taking in considerations the weakest area of the subject. I stop when I see that some topics are not well assimilated, till the student feels that we should move ahead.
