About Sarah
Sarah has trained and practiced extensively and holds four yoga certifications, and was accredited at the highest level - ERYT-500 by Yoga Alliance back in the year 2000. Jivamukti, Ashtanga Yoga, Prenatal Yoga certified. She studied in India, trained teachers in New York and Croatia. Sarah has also studied Sanskrit and sat Vipassana Meditation. Great knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy, a careful teacher who can also lead you to exploring advanced yoga practices and postures. Students are encouraged to commit to a minimum of five sessions for best results, will consider students on a paid one-time basis who have an existing practice. Will travel, or recommend another gold standard teacher from her team in Long Island, New York City, Hudson Valley, Berkshires. Thank you!

I teach who is in front of me. Expect to enjoy yoga training in the comfort of your home, place of business, or an event. I have been teaching Yoga for 26 years. I've taught all ages, individuals and groups, and led yoga retreats across the globe. I have had the best, most graceful intelligent teachers out there, and whatever I have to offer is grace to them.
