About Reid

My teaching approach in Architecture focuses on creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. I believe that with the right mindset, every student can understand architectural concepts clearly. I use simple language and practical examples to explain topics like design principles, drafting, elevations, interior design, and building materials. I also include related subjects such as art, geometry, and basic engineering to help students see the bigger picture and connect ideas across fields. I am adaptable and diplomatic, adjusting my teaching style to fit each student’s needs and pace. I listen carefully and communicate clearly to make sure students feel supported and confident. Whether it’s helping with projects, assignments, or exam preparation, I encourage creativity and problem-solving. My goal is to help students not only learn but also enjoy architecture and its related subjects, building skills they can use for their future studies and careers.

About the lesson

I have 9 years of experience tutoring Architecture to high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught more than 300 students, helping them build strong foundations in architectural concepts and design skills. I believe that learning architecture should be practical and enjoyable, so I use simple explanations and real-life examples to make complex ideas easy to understand. My goal is to help each student feel confident and prepared, whether they are working on projects, assignments, or preparing for exams.

My teaching philosophy centers on patience, clear communication, and adapting to each student’s unique learning style. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their creativity. I take pride in guiding students step-by-step through challenges, encouraging problem-solving and critical thinking. Seeing my students succeed and develop a genuine interest in architecture is the most rewarding part of my work.
