About Leola

"Teaching Spanish for 9 years has allowed me to witness the development of 316 students as they move from simple words to fluid conversation. My approach focuses on cultural context and pronunciation so that learners feel authentic when speaking in any setting.

I incorporate grammar and verb conjugation alongside everyday phrases for beginners to ensure a well-rounded understanding. Idioms and expressions provide depth to our sessions while we distinguish between Latin American and Castilian variants. I guide students through writing skills and travel Spanish while also assisting with formal exam preparation like the DELE. Helping others navigate the nuances of a new language is the core of my work."

About the lesson

Fluency is not about memorizing lists of words but about recognizing how small sounds shift the meaning of a sentence entirely. You will find that simple immersion is less effective than understanding the mechanical structure of the language itself. I provide recorded listening drills for daily practice to keep your ears tuned to natural speech patterns throughout the week.

My goal is to simplify complex structures so they feel intuitive during your conversations. I will focus on your specific needs to ensure we move at a comfortable pace for your progress.
