About Diana
I am a Violin tutor with more than 10 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 720 students. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with learners from various age groups and musical backgrounds, helping them achieve their goals while developing confidence and artistic ability.
My passion for teaching comes from seeing students progress from uncertainty to confidence. Learning violin can be challenging, especially during the early stages when intonation, bow control, and posture require significant attention. My role is to simplify these challenges and guide students through a structured learning process that encourages success.
I believe every student possesses unique musical potential. Through personalized mentoring, consistent encouragement, and carefully designed lesson plans, I help learners develop technical proficiency while discovering their own artistic voice.
Many students have successfully prepared for performances, competitions, graded examinations, orchestral participation, and advanced musical studies through my guidance. Their achievements reflect the effectiveness of combining structured instruction with supportive mentorship.

My Violin lessons are designed to help students build strong technical foundations, musical confidence, artistic expression, and performance readiness. I teach posture, bow control, finger placement, intonation, tone production, rhythm development, sight reading, ear training, music theory, and performance preparation through a structured and progressive learning approach.
Students begin by mastering the essential fundamentals that support long-term success. Great emphasis is placed on proper posture, bowing technique, rhythmic accuracy, listening skills, and finger coordination. These foundations help learners develop confidence while preventing common technical difficulties that often slow progress.
As students advance, lessons incorporate vibrato, shifting, advanced bowing patterns, expressive phrasing, interpretation, ensemble performance, recital preparation, and advanced repertoire development. Technical studies and musical pieces are carefully selected according to the student's level and objectives.
I believe that technical skill alone is not enough. Students are encouraged to understand the emotional and artistic aspects of music so they can perform with confidence and expression. Lessons focus on helping learners communicate through music while strengthening discipline and musicianship.
Whether preparing for examinations, auditions, competitions, orchestras, recitals, or personal musical development, students receive personalized instruction, structured practice plans, and detailed feedback designed to support continuous growth.
