About Kristian
Hello I’m Kris 29 passionate about how to live the best life possible and to be the best version of myself that is good for me and for everyone around me. I’ve spent more than 9 years studying and practicing meditation alone and in meditation Centers .My main focus has been how to preserve and nourish all the positive qualities such as peace,love,kindness and joy that meditation brings while being at the same time involved and part of our crazy world.

Our goal during the lesson is to shift attention from being preoccupied with our busy chaotic minds to alertness and awareness of what is happening right now in this moment inside(our subjective world) and outside( our objective world). By slipping into mindfulness moment to moment we become open to insights about who we are and what is the best way to approach our lives and the many challenges it presents.We are also going to use stories from different traditions as a tool to help us become more aware and grow our understanding of who we are and how to empower ourselves to live the best life possible.
