About Urace
With over 8 years of experience teaching ESL, I have worked with more than 150 high school and college students, helping them improve their English in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, creativity, and communication. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed if they are guided with the right methods and encouragement.
In my classes, I use interactive activities, real-life scenarios, role-plays, and discussions to make learning engaging and effective. I focus on building confidence, critical thinking, and practical English skills that students can use in their academic life and everyday communication. I adapt lessons to meet each student’s needs and learning pace.
Over the years, I have seen shy students become confident speakers, struggling learners achieve academic success, and students develop a genuine interest in English. I am passionate about helping learners reach their full potential and creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment for everyone.

My ESL methodology is interactive and focused on real-world use of English. I believe students learn faster when they actively participate and apply what they learn in daily life. My classes are supportive, engaging, and goal-driven.
Strong communication skills are developed through speaking practice, listening tasks, and guided discussions. Vocabulary and grammar are taught using simple language and everyday situations. Reading and writing exercises help improve clarity and accuracy.
Flexibility helps me adjust lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. Creativity keeps classes interesting through games, debates, picture descriptions, and role play activities.
I also teach related subjects such as Conversational English, Accent Improvement, Email Writing, Presentation Skills, Soft Skills, Academic English, and Professional Communication.
Accountability is maintained with clear learning goals, homework, and progress reviews. Integrity ensures fair teaching, patience, and honesty. My aim is to make students confident, responsible, and independent English learners.
