About Dan
I have built my experience over the last 15 years in Hospitality business. Having been promoted from Commis to Barista, from Barista to Head Bartender and Head Waiter and Supervisor, from Bar Manager to Food and Beverage Manager based on exemplary job performance. I have an excellent eye for detail and I am very hands-on day-to-day business. I make sure I anticipate and be aware of how the business is run. Managing all aspects of service operations (profit and loss responsibility). Hiring, training, motivating, supervising, evaluating, scheduling employees. Above all overseeing inventory control, ordering, manage all useful software (Epos, Nutritics, Fourth, Alert65, Recruit Genie) and quality control of the products. Maintaining excellent customer service by stressing "the customer comes first" in all daily through briefing sessions, weekly and fortnightly through products staff training, periodically employee meetings, appraisals after the first probationary period usually is 3 months. Because of all of these and considering an extended experience in various areas, supported by a lot of studies behind, I consider myself suitable to be able to cope with a Management challenge and also for teaching and training career. Coming to the UK with a diverse experience, experienced various areas, including teaching and training, I am absolutely sure and confident about my ability to succeed in this domain. Been gifted with a leader attitude, got a lot of years of studies, my skills related to specialist area, class management original approach about teaching styles make me feel ready for this endeavour.
